Owners and guests are asked to select a star rating based on their experience with your vacation management company.
Step 3a – Happy customer reviews will be left online
When an owner or previous guest selects a 4 or 5 star rating, then they will be asked to leave a review online. Our system takes them right to your vacation management company’s online profile, where they will be able to leave a review quickly and easily.
Step 3b – Unhappy customer reviews do not appear online
When an owner or previous guest selects a review that is 3 stars or lower, then they will not be asked to leave a review online. They will fill out a form that remains offline which will be sent directly to you. This allows you to receive valuable feedback, without having your online reputation impacted.
